About Padmashree Institute of Management and Sciences

The Padmashree Charitable Trust was started in the year 1994 with a vision of establishing an organization working for social causes. This lead to start Padmashree Group of Educational Institutions to cater to the needs of the society. Founder trustees Dr. Aswath Narayan, Sri. T K Narayanappa, and Mr. Satish together nourished this cause and have been rendering their service in this front.

Padmashree Group of Institutions has a 20 years of record in Academic Excellence. In the year 1996,the Padmashree group had its launch with the inception of the First Physiotherapy College in Bangalore under Rajeev Gandhi University of Health
Sciences. With this humble beginning of a single institution with 25 students in the year 1996, Padmashree made an impressive progress with 10 institutions,nurturing more than 2200 students today.

Padmashree group hasinstitutions offering courses both under Bangalore University and Rajiv Gandhi University of Health S ciences. Apart from this Padmashree has recognized by AICTE and research centre, permanent affiliation from Bangalore University and also recognized under UGC 2(f) and 12(b).

The Group constantly endeavors to identify and offer additional courses that become contemporarily more relevant. School of Management incepted in the year 2008 offering MBA and BBA, School of Commerce offering MCOM and BCOM. These courses creating a hall mark for the students to excel in the field of Business and corporate sector. Padmashree is ranked consistently among the top 20 private Institutions in India. The institution creates a multicultural and multidimensional environment to ensure delivery of quality education and a wholistic & pragmatic approach to understand Business and corporate world. Today the institution has students from ten countries spread over continents, particularly Asia and Africa. Extracurricular and Co-curricular activities including cultural activities and sports are an integral part of the curriculum.
