| The college obtained the essentiality certificate for the Government of Madhya Pradesh vide F – 5 – 18/2012/2/55 for basic BSc Nursing & General Nursing and Midwifery, and permission from the Indian Nursing Council (INC), New Delhi. The college has also obtained affliation to run P B B.Sc Nursing and M.Sc Nursing courses on 26-08-2016. The college began functioning in July 2012. |

| The Chirayu Charitable Foundation was erected in 2001 with Mr. Arvind Goyanka as its Chairman and Dr. Ajay Goyanka as its Secretary and Managing Trustee. Numbers of Medical institutions were established by the Chirayu Charitable Foundation in order to bring medical education to the door steps of rural masses like Medical College, Nursing College, and Para medical courses. |

| The Chirayu Charitable Foundation started Chirayu Medical College and Hospital in 2010 and a Super Specialty General Hospital in 2010 under the same Trust. The students of the Chirayu College of Nursing will have the same Hospital attached for their clinical training. |

All classrooms and Lecture halls equipped with modern teaching aids and provided with comfortable and conducive environment for learning and assimilation according to INC norms. A well furnished and fully equipped Seminar hall is available for BSc Nursing, General Nursing and Midwifery, M.Sc. Nursing and Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing students for seminar, symposiums and presentations. |
