M.Tech. - Pharmaceutical Technology Course Details

M.Tech. Bio-Pharmaceutical Technology or Master of Technology in Bio-Pharmaceutical Technology is a two-year postgraduate Pharmaceutical Management course. Biopharmaceuticals are medical drugs produced using biotechnology. Course work includes general education, computer applications, biology, chemistry, industrial safety, and an extensive array of very detailed pharmaceutically specific classes. The program covers almost the entire area of drug research and the department is part of a Science Park, which includes several biomedical research institutes and biotechnological companies. This course focuses on drug delivery and formulation, and drug target-finding and therapeutic gene modulation in cardiovascular disease. It consists of compulsory and optional components.
