About Charak Institute of Pharmacy
| Charak institute of pharmacy (CIP) is a pioneer pharmacy institute of Madhya Pradesh. The institute is situated in Mandleshwar, belonging to tehsil Maheshwar and comes under judiciary of Khargone district. Draun Shiksha Samiti established it in the year 2006 with a view to provide quality education in the field of pharmaceutical sciences. Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), New Delhi. All India Council For Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi approves this institute to run Pharmacy Course in the Nimar Region. The institute is affiliated with Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalay (RGPV), Bhopal (M.P.).Director of Technical Education (DTE) regulates the counseling and admission procedures for admission of B.Pharm. Students. The institute has a total of 3.98 acres land area The college building has 3600 m2 built up area exclusively for B.Pharm. (UG) course. Further, about 600 m2 area is planned to construct exclusively for M.Pharm. (PG) course.The institute is fully loaded with well-furnished classrooms, tutorial rooms and laboratories. |

| The heart of institute is being its library with occupancy for about 100 students at a time, and more than 3500 books with 763 different titles covering all the area of pharmaceutical discipline. The students routinely upgrade their knowledge with analysis of national and international journals and periodicals. The institute’s excellence resides in its qualified, dedicated and proficient faculty members who are continuously indulged in spreading quality pharmacy education and knowledge. The institute, in a particular time interval, also arranges the guest lectures from the resource persons from industries and academics to aware the students about the current scenario of the pharmacy fields. The institute promotes the students to participate in intellectual and sports activities. The institute proud to be the first Non-government pharmacy institute to run the National Service Scheme (NSS) activities. Visit to the pharmaceutical industries are arranged every year for the students to cop up with the theoretical and practical issues of the pharmaceutical operations. The institute also offers campus placement to the students by inviting the pharmaceutical industries like Ranbaxy, Cadila, Cipla, Ipca, Centaur, Torrent, Glennmark and others.
