The Institute of Engineering and Technology is affiliated to GLA University and is one of the best Engineering Colleges in UP. IET proudly boasts of its dynamic alumni ranging from the domain of Public Service Commission, PCS officers to Lieutenants in Armed Forces, and also of its alumni serving at high echelons in service sectors across the globe.

Institute of Engineering and Technology has a total of six departments- Department of Computer Engineering and Applications, Department of Electrical Engineering, Department of Electronics & Communications, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Department of Civil Engineering offering UG, PG, and doctoral programmes.

GLA IET offers B.Tech CSE programme in collaboration with its academic partner IBM, offering a gamut of specialisation such as Data Analytics, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security & Internet of things, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
