About Venkateshwara Institute of Technology (VIT), Meerut Venkateshwara Institute of Technology (VIT), Meerut was established in 2007. VIT is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Government of India, New Delhi and affiliated to Mahamaya Technical University, Noida. The college VIT is one of the constituent units of Venkateshwara Group of Institutes. Located in Meerut, VGI is a unique Group of Institutions providing a plethora of courses under its aegis. Founded by Dr. Sudhir Giri ji in 1998, it has taken the biggest initiative to provide world class education at an affordable price. Hailing from farming community, Hon’ble Chairman Dr. Sudhir Giri aims to realize his vision of AFFORDABLE EDUCATION FOR ALL combined with academic excellence, innovative and entrepreneurial approach to make learning unparalleled. Therefore, our mission is to turnout individuals, who personify competence, leadership, personal integrity, ethics, and empathy for the weak and less privileged. Presently the group consists of 12 prestigious institutions, one university namely Shri Venkateshwara University Gajraula, UP, and one school Venkateshwara Bloomingbud to nurture tiny saplings. We have more than 1000 regular and visiting faculty members, and 20,000+ students from all parts of India. The number of students has been increasing day by day.  The group has established its own State University by the name of Shri Venkateshwara University at Gajraula Distt. - Amroha (U.P). It is in the process of establishing its own Medical College at the University Campus   for which   necessary permission   has been obtained from the State Govt. of Uttar Pradesh and other Governing Bodies. The group is also planning to establish a Media House in the near future.

We offer our students an ideal environment to study because we provide latest teaching methodologies, expert faculties, and a strong interaction with Indian industry, which is significantly recognized globally as the fastest growing economy in the world. Taking a step further in this direction we have appointed faculties from IITS, IIMS, BHU so that young minds not only get the very best that the curriculum has to offer, but also become aware of nuances of industry.
