About Government Polytechnic College

Guru Tegh Bhadur Garh, Moga is situated on Moga-Kotakpura road, about 25 kilometer from both the cities near Bagha Purana town. This college has an impressive complex spread over an area of 5 acres. The foundation stone of the college was laid by the honble chief minister S. Partap Singh Kairon on july 30-1961. This college is running three year diploma course in Computer Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechnical Engineering, Electronic & Communication and Chemical Engineering . The respective laboraties and workshops for each course are well equipped with modern machinery. The class room are well furnished and having audio visual aids. The college provided with the facilities and library equipped with books and journals,as well as that of its connection with world through the E-mail and internet connectivity. Government Polytechnic is affiliated with Punjab State Board of Technical Education & Industrial Training, Chandigarh.
