About Guru Gobind Singh College of Modern Technology (GGSCMT)

Guru Gobind Singh College of Modern Technology is a Private College located in Mohali, Punjab. It is constituent of GGS-Sachdeva Group of Educational Institutions, established in the year 2002. The college is affiliated to IK Gujral Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar and approved by All India Council of Technical Education, New Delhi.

It offers the Undergraduate and Post Graduate courses in the field of Engineering, Management and Computer Application. The offered courses are B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, MCA, MBA, M.Tech in Computer Science Engineering, Electrical and Electronics and Communication Engineering.

• B. Tech admission will be done on the basis of score obtained in JEE Main.  66.6% are reserved under State Quota (Punjab State) and 33.3% seats under Management quota. Admission for those students who have Punjab Domicile will be done on the basis of score obtained in JEE Mains. The admission to other states students will be done through online counseling conducted by PTU.

• Admission to M.Tech, students must hold B.E. /B.Tech./A.M.I.E. degree or any other equivalent qualification in relevant discipline with minimum 50% marks from recognized University. Students must have valid score in GATE.

• Admission to MCA course will be done on the merit basis of qualifying students. Students must have studied Mathematics/ Business Statistics / Quantitative Techniques as a compulsory subject at 10+2 or graduation level.

• Admission to MBA program, students must have valid score in CAT/ MAT. 

• Admission under Management quota will be done on the merit basis of qualifying examination. State quota admission will be done on the merit basis of MET Conducted by PTU/ GNDU.
