About University College of Engineering, Punjabi University

University College of Engineering (UCoE) is located at Punjabi University campus, Patiala in Punjab. It offers around 3 undergraduate courses in Engineering & Technology. The college was established in 2003 after consultations between the senior faculty of the university, technical experts and the Vice-Chancellor regarding the need for education in the field of Engineering and Technology in the state of Punjab. Admission into the college is on the basis of JEE, conducted by CBSE. The test is conducted in April and results are declared by May. Classes generally begin in July.
