About PSG Institute of Management, Coimbatore

PSG Institute of Management, abbreviated as PSGIM, is a privately-funded institution for business and management studies in Coimbatore. It was originally established in 1965 as the Department of Management of the PSG College of Technology and is among the earliest B-schools in the country. It was in 1994 that PSGIM gained the autonomous status. The institution has academic affiliation from Anna University. The institution offers full-time MBA with specialisation in Finance, Marketing, Resources, Systems and Operations, approved by the Association of Collegiate Business Schools and Programmes and the All India Council for Technical Education. Besides this, the institute enables the students to enrol for a part-time MBA. PSGIM extends both full-time as well as part-time PhD programmes and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) that is taught as a full-time course.
