About Dr SG Reddy Polytechnic

The Dr.S.G.Reddy Polytechnic was established in the year 1987 with the approval of Govt of Karnataka, the Founder Chairman under the SGR Technical Education Society®. was the embodiment of the dreams and visions of Late Prof. Dr. S.Ganesh Reddy, a Squadron Leader, an academician , a scientist and an able administrator with numerous laurels to his credit, a great repute of the Indian Air Force with over 2000 operational flying hours to his credit and a distinguished professor in Aerospace Engineering at the Institute of Aerospace Medicine , Bengaluru.

With an objective to achieve excellence in Technical studies. THE Dr.S.G Reddy POLYTECHNIC is affiliated to the Board of Technical Examinations and approved by A.I.C.T.E New Delhi. It offers Ten Courses headed by Principal and coordinated by HODS’, who plan, supervise, develop and organize the academic programmes.
