About Eram Girls Degree College

Eram Girls Degree College, Indira Nagar, Lucknow has a distinct place among the top girls institution of Lucknow, the city of learning and culture. The college was recognised by the Lucknow University in 1997, and the classes also began the same year.

Our ambitions for starting B.Sc. classes bore fruits in the academic year 1999-2000 when we got further recognition to start B.Sc. classes in PCM and ZBC courses along with the Computer Science courses. From this academic year we have been allowed to start Sanskrit, Persian, History, Home Science, Economics and Commerce classes. The College is presently imparting education only to girl students in Arts, Commerce and Science subjects.

Eram Girls Degree College, is a minority institution and is managed by Eram Educational Society without discriminating on religion, caste and creed. On the demand of parents, new branches of the college have been opened at Shaktipur Habibpur, near Dhaniya Mehri Bridge, Khinni Chowraha, Maleraiganj, Barabanki Lucknow.
