About Food Craft Institute - FCI Ajmer

Food Craft Institution (FCI) offers diploma in food production, front office, food and bevearage service and house keeping along with course in craftmanship certification in this field. The institute was established in the year 1996 in Rajasthan and is registered under the state government with a sole objective to provide instructions and training to every deserving student. Food Craft Institute is a non-profit society imparting education in all the craft and skills, all the branch of knowledge, both theoretical and practical. The institute is also responsible for giving knowledge regarding all the organizational and management techniques, which are required for the efficient functioning of Hotels and catering businesses of all kinds like institutional feeding programmes in schools, industrial establishment and other similar organizations. Institute provides unique and innovative curriculum which are affiliated by the National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology, Noida which has been set up by Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India.
