About Acharya Narendra Dev College

Established in 1991, Acharya Narendra Dev College, University of Delhi (also known as ANDC) is a government-funded college and a constituent of the University of Delhi. The college offers undergraduate and postgraduate education in the fields of Science and Commerce. Students can enrol themselves in courses such as BSc (Hons), BSc and MSc offered by Acharya Narendra Dev College, Delhi University. The college also offers certificate courses in four foreign languages, including French, Spanish, Russian and German. In the year 2011, the college received the prestigious OPAL Award.

Additionally, ANDC is the recipient of several notable awards conferred by the University of Delhi. The college has a foreign language centre, which imparts education in multiple languages, including French, German, Spanish and Russian. ANDC DU was ranked 18 by the NIRF 2020 under the ‘College’ category. It is recognised by University Grants Commission (UGC) and the NAAC with an “A” Grade and a 3.30 CGPA. The college was listed among the top 10 colleges in the category of ‘Science’ by India Today from 2010 till 2020.
