About  Delhi Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology - DIHMCT

The Delhi Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology (DIHM&CT), has been a center for excellence & a lively testament to the commitment for the hospitality education.  Itis the metamorphosis of Food Craft institute. Originally established in 1983 by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India in association with the Government of Delhi for training in trades & crafts in hotel & catering operations.

The Institute made a humble beginning from a portion of the Polytechnic building at Kashmere Gate, Delhiand has made a long journey till the shifting of the premise at Lajpat Nagar churning out trained manpower all through.
