AIIMS New Delhi was established in the year 1956 as an Institute of National Importance by an Act of Parliament with the objects to develop patterns of teaching in Undergraduate and Postgraduate Medical Education in all its branches so as to usher-in a high standard of Medical Education in India. AIIMS New Delhi offers both UG and PG medical-related course degrees. Admissions to various courses in the institute are completed through an entrance exam conducted by the institute itself. Admission

Admission to various courses in AIIMS New Delhi is made through entrance exam scores. Admissions to MBBS will be made through NEET-UG from 2021, B.Sc. admission through AIIMS B.Sc., whereas admissions to PG courses are made through the INI CET entrance exam, which is conducted by the institute itself. Scholarship
