Course Description
B.E. - Information Science and Engineering stands for Bachelor of Engineering in Information Science and Engineering, which is an undergraduate degree program. Information science is that field that focuses on the analysis, collection, Classification, manipulation, storage, retrieval and dissemination of information and communication. This course includes the subjects of Hardware, Operating systems, Systems Software, Application software, Networking, Programming languages, Design and analysis of algorithms, decision support systems, Database Management, File Structures, ERP and MIS etc. Under this course, students will prepare for accepting the technological challenges to design innovative solutions in research and development. Moreover, students who have completed their 10+2 with science stream including subjects Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics can apply for this degree program. After being graduated with this degree, they can find many job profiles such as Information Solution Provider, Information Database Provider, Information & Multimedia Designer, Information System Developer and more.
