B.Sc. Catering Science and Hotel Management or Bachelor of Science in Catering Science and Hotel Management is an undergraduate Management course. First, Catering is a multifaceted segment of the foodservice industry. There is a niche for all types of catering businesses within the segment of catering. Second, Hotel management refers to professional management techniques used in the hospitality sector. These can include hotel administration, accounts, marketing, housekeeping, front office or front of house, food and beverage management, catering and maintenance. B.Sc. in Catering Science and Hotel Management is generally three years course and it may be different from place to place. It may be provided on a part-time basis by certain institutes.
