Master of Planning in Transport Planning is a postgraduate Architecture Engineering course. Transport Planning is a field involved with the evaluation, assessment, design and siting of transportation facilities (generally streets, highways, footpaths, bike lanes and public transport lines). Transportation helps shape an area’s economic health and quality of life. Transport is a major cause of environmental impact. Whether it’s air pollution, noise, encroachment on the green belt or climate change, it is widely accepted that further expansion of transport must be balanced against the environmental damage. This program takes a detailed look at this relationship and equips students with practical approaches to environmentally sound transport planning. Studies include traffic fundamentals, transport modelling, infrastructure project and policy evaluation, public transport, transport economics, traffic engineering and engineering management.

- Aspiring students should have passed a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture with at least 50 % marks or equivalent CGPA.
