M.Tech. Micro Electronics or Master of Technology in Micro Electronics is a two-year postgraduate Electronics course. Microelectronics is a field related to the study and microfabrication of electronic components which help to miniaturize the size of electronic circuits and systems made from semiconductors. The course introduces the concepts of Physical Electronics, DSP and its application, Bio-sensors & Bio-Ms, Hardware Description, Optimization, Computational Electromagnetic, VLSI Technology, and Design.
