Master of Legislative Law in Constitutional Law Course Details
L.L.M. Constitutional Law or Master of Law in Constitutional Law is a postgraduate Constitutional Law course. The course includes a constitutional law of India, definition and nature of law under part III of the constitution of India, the right of equality, fundamental rights of freedom, etc. Constitutional Law deals with constitutions as they set out the general framework of government. Government entities and specific provisions providing for human rights and civil rights, which are part of some constitutions, are set out in the appropriate sections. Commercial matters are likewise dealt with in the commercial law section. The duration of the course is two years and it is job originating in nature.
Master of Legislative Law in Constitutional Law Eligibility
- The candidate should have had an LL.B. pass degree or its equivalent from a recognized University, having obtained not less than 55% marks in the aggregate (50% in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC).
