Master of Law in Corporate Law Course Details
L.L.M. Corporate Law or Master of Law in Corporate Law is a postgraduate Corporate Law programme. Corporate Law is an innovative programme that aims to transcend a narrow focus on legal rules and situate the study of corporate law in a wider interdisciplinary and comparative framework. The programme will equip students with discipline-specific and transferable skills that are particularly valuable to businesses, professional practices and regulatory bodies. The current financial crisis has evidenced the need to analyse the effectiveness of corporate law in its economic, financial and global context. The programme responds to the increasing market demand for versatile corporate lawyers, by offering a unique portfolio of courses that allow students to acquire in-depth knowledge of legal, economic, financial and comparative matters covering the entire life-cycle of a corporation. The course is two years duration and provides many job opportunities after its successful passing.
Master of Law in Corporate Law Eligbility
- Bachelor of Law with minimum 45% marks in aggregate (40% in case of SC/ST candidate) or any other equivalent qualification.
