About Course
B. Tech. - Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering
B.Tech. Electronic and Communication Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in Electronics & Communication Engineering is an undergraduate Electronics and Communication Engineering program. Electronics and Communication Engineering is a merger of two basic branches viz., Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering is one of the largest and fastest-growing sectors of industry. The course provides a sound foundation for people wishing to pursue a career in electrical engineering, communications, control systems, robotics or sensor systems, through a diverse range of theoretical skills and practical experience, presented in the context of real applications and design experience. The duration of the course is four years and it is career orienting in nature.
B.Tech. Electronic and Communication Engineering Eligibility
- Aspiring students should have passed XII with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or equivalent with minimum 55% marks from a recognized school board.
- Some reputed colleges and institutes conduct an entrance examination for admission.
B.Tech. Electronic and Communication Engineering Course Suitability
- Those who want to have to problem-solving ability apply the concepts and methods taught during the course to challenging real-life projects can go for it.
- Those who can design workable and reliable solutions to complex problems and adapt swiftly to new technologies are suitable.
- One should have an inquisitive mind, will power, an aptitude for presenting information in an accurate, concise and effective manner, organize their thoughts and to express themselves clearly both orally and in writing.
- They must have the ability to sift relevant facts from the irrelevant. The ability to accept criticism and willingness to do considerable rewriting are also necessary.

- It is beneficial to pursue a career in the measurement and control of complex industrial & electrical process.
- Modules of this program train the student to plan, design, install, operate, control and maintain complex systems that produce materials.
