B.E. - Biomedical Engineering
B.E. Biomedical Engineering or Bachelor of Engineering in Biomedical Engineering is an undergraduate Biomedical Engineering course. Biomedical Engineering combines the design and problem-solving skills of engineering with medical and biological sciences to improve healthcare diagnosis, monitoring, and therapy. Biomedical Engineering is an emerging field and has got tremendous potential for Research, Development, and Employment. Hence the focus of the department is to impart the education that will lay a strong foundation for generating research and technology professionals in the field of biomedical engineering. The duration of the course is four years and it is career orienting in nature which provides job scopes for the candidates after completion.
B.E. Biomedical Engineering Eligibility
- Aspiring students should have passed 10+2 with science or its equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 70%.
B.E. Biomedical Engineering Course Suitability
- It is suitable for creating new devices, instrumentation software, and other technologies to advance biology and improve healthcare and the quality of life within communities.
- They should have logic and reasoning power to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
- They must have good judgment and decision-making power such as considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.
- Candidates willing for further studies also can go to the course.
