M.Sc. Resource Management or Master of Science in Resource Management is a postgraduate Environmental Management course. Resource Management is the efficient and effective deployment of an organization's resources when they are needed. The Master degree course provides students with both a general knowledge of business and a specialized knowledge in human resource management. Students are exposed to the theory, research, and practical applications of numerous human resource content areas, including HR strategy and policy, HR planning and forecasting, HR information systems, career planning and development, employee relations law and conflict management, employee selection, compensation, and training and development. The program is designed to prepare students for human resource management, human resource development, and industrial relations careers in business and industrial firms, as well as government and non-profit organizations. The duration of the course is two years and its syllabus is divided into four semesters; and also, it is career originating in nature.
