B.Sc. Fire & Safety or Bachelor of Science in Fire & Safety is an undergraduate Infrastructure Management course. Fire and Safety cover the study of simulated fire fighting exercises along with applied physics, chemistry and mathematics. B.Sc. (Fire & Safety) degree course also includes a detailed study of subjects like town planning, disaster mitigation, hydraulics, fire communication systems, and salvage investigation. It involves the study of subjects that deals with the designing of safer fire resistant equipment and plants, in-depth understanding of the Science of Fire, its hazards and control measures, etc. The duration of the course is three years and the course opens many job scopes after its completion.
