B.Sc. Food Science and Nutrition or Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Nutrition is an undergraduate Food Technology program. Food & Nutrition concerns with the field of Science and in this course main emphasis is given on food, nutrition, diet and their production, management, preservation, etc. Bachelor of Science in Food & Nutrition is generally three academic year course.
