Gyan Vihar School of Engineering & Technology (GVSET), is the first-ever NBA accredited college of Jaipur, Rajasthan and being affiliated to Suresh Gyan Vihar University. The School of Engineering & Technology was established in the year 2000 with a vision to develop technical professionals and leaders to create a significant hub for training technocrats in a national and international perspective. The main objective of School of Engineering & Technology is to inculcate students to face tough examinations, gathering hands-on experience on machines & equipments, and develop research opportunities in new frontiers of Engineering and Technology with special focus towards Leadership & Innovation. Students are provided with opportunities for interaction with the Industry experts and academic experts through Guest Lectures, Industrial Visits, short term course, trainings, workshops, seminars, National & International conferences & internships. GVSET offers a wide variety of diploma, undergraduate (B.Tech), postgraduate (M.tech) and doctoral programmes in all engineering branches like Energy , Computer Science, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical and Electronics Engineering. GVSET has established a strong Industry links and collaborated with IBM, UpGrad, Amazon, Bosch Rexroth etc. to update the programs and as per the industrial needs like B.Tech CSE in specialization with Data Analytics (powered by IBM), B.Tech CSE in specialization with Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (powered by IBM), B.Tech CSE in specialization with Full Stack Development (powered by UpGrad), M.Tech in Cloud Computing & Security (powered by Amazon) etc. GVSET offers the programs under CBCS schemes and use to transfer the credits of MOOCs courses (SWAYAM, NPTEL etc) and curriculum updations every year on the basis of feedbacks received from various stakeholders like parents, alumni, industry persons and academicians to meet the expectations of the industries. To achieve this, GVSET has a very comprehensive infrastructure such as well-established project oriented laboratories at par with global standards and also well qualified, highly dedicated and experienced staff with utmost commitment. Our students are continuously working on innovative lab projects using the latest technologies and submit their projects in funding agencies like DST, CISR, SERB, etc. There is a systematic activity for the training and the placements in the University handle by the placement cell through its student volunteers & for the students to bridge the gap between the University, industries & the students. All leading companies from all sectors are invited for all eligible students and prepare the students accordingly. Alumni of the University are working globally and very renowned industries/organizations like Infosys, Google, Amazon, Samsung, Dell, IBM, HSBC Bank, Wipro and many more.
