M.Tech. Microelectronics and VLSI Design or Master of Technology in Microelectronics and VLSI Design is a postgraduate VLSI Design programme. The field of microelectronics systems design embodies many of the key skills relating to integrated circuit design and electronic systems engineering. This cutting-edge programme examines aspects of system integration and discrete device properties and is an excellent platform for further research in the Nano group and the Electronic Systems and Devices group.
